Connie C. Reshard - I am a 1985 graduate of Georgetown University Law Center. I hold a juris doctor degree. I am a member of the Pennsylvania Bar; the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania; and Other Federal Courts by Motion for Pro Hac Vice. Before becoming a lawyer, I was a practicing economist with the Office of the Secretary for the United States Department of Transportation, from 1977 to 1988. I specialized in international aviation issues. Between 1971 and 1977, I was first an instructor and later an assistant professor of economics in the School of Business and Industry at Florida A & M University. I hold a master of arts degree in economics from Brooklyn College. I practice before both federal district and appellate courts. |
